This business plan is universal to all Franchise Free members that subscribe to this particular business model. We permit you to use the logo and plan to operate your business with heart, however, you may operate any way you choose. We provide you with some rules and guidelines. We expect all the business members to operate with H.E. A. R. T. and we do not seek to disqualify anyone. Please see our policy for more information. We provide a simple plan that will aid in your startup and you may use it however you choose except for plagiarism and copyright theft. As long as you are paying for our service you may use our logo for your business.
SOPs - Your Standard Operating Procedures are given to you upon payment so that you may start planning your business. They are subject to change as the business progresses and you will be informed if any change happens.
Workflows - Workflows are your day to day operations list. They are also updated from time to time as business progresses.
Universal Website - We create one website for each business and will include your business as soon as you show proof that you are ready to operate including business licenses if necessary.
Support Services Phone Number and Email: We use one phone number for each business for support. We answer calls related to your business and also handle technical issues.
Daily Huddle/Weekly Meetings/Monthly Board Meetings - You will be added to daily huddle video/phone calls. This will help you motivate yourself and your team. Also, Weekly Management meetings will occur to help check on goals set for the week. In addition Monthly Board Meetings are set to help fine tune operations and future plans for the months ahead. We will do everything to ensure alignment with goals, mission and vision of each business plan.
Business Plan
This business plan is universal to all Franchise Free members that subscribe to this particular business model. We permit you to use the logo and plan to operate your business with heart, however, you may operate any way you choose. We provide you with some rules and guidelines. We expect all the business members to operate with H.E. A. R. T. and we do not seek to disqualify anyone.
If you choose to no longer subscribe and pay for our services, you must immediately remove all logos and our material from your business operations. By subscribing to our service even once you agree to these terms.
You may not copy our business plan.
SOPs - Your Standard Operating Procedures are given to you upon payment so that you may start planning your business. They are subject to change as the business progresses and you will be informed if any change happens.
Workflows - Workflows are not guaranteed to ensure success of your business but are suggested practices. We count on participation from you to make them better and that also includes SOPs.
Community - As a member, you have the option to participate in online conversations that make your business and similar businesses better. You cannot be compensated for your input and all information used is for the health of the entire business community.
Universal Website - By universal we mean one website with various business locations on it. We create one website for each business plan and will include your business location as soon as you show proof that you are ready to operate including business licenses if necessary. In some case this can be a home operated business. Please expect the website to be operational in 10 business days.
Support Services Phone Number and Email: We use one phone number for each business for support. We answer calls related to your business and also handle technical issues. We may outsource this service. Any discrepancies made by our call center can happen but we aim to provide the best service and corrective action when necessary.
Daily Huddle/Weekly Meetings/Monthly Board Meetings - You will be added to daily huddle video/phone calls. This will help you motivate yourself and your team. Also, Weekly Management meetings will occur to help check on goals set for the week. In addition Monthly Board Meetings are set to help fine tune operations and future plans for the months ahead. Corrective action: You may file for corrective action on our part or we may file for corrective action on your part by submitting a form that is found on our website. A mediation service will be provided if parties cannot agree.
Removal from the site. Please allow 30 days to be removed from the website if your business is going to be operational.
Buyouts- Franchise Free may offer buyout of your business and you may refuse or agree to the sale. Individual and unique terms would apply at that time. You may also sale your business to a separate business entity. At this time, if they choose to continue to use our logos and name they would have to simply subscribe.
Human Resources - Hiring is managed by you, however, we will help in your hiring process by hosting an applications portal on the website. We expect you to practice the law with all your hiring processes and practice fairness and equality practices.
Laws and ordinances - We expect all businesses to honor laws and regulations of their state and by not doing so could disqualify them from using our information.
We expect all subscribers to abide by the law. Not post discriminatory and political post. Not post anything that would discredit Franchise Free. By doing so you would be liable to a $5,000 fee.
